I launched two parallel App Campaigns targeting distinct market segments:
December served as the learning phase—gathering data on audiences, creatives, and placements. January was the scale phase—tripling budget while the UAC algorithm optimized based on learnings.
The non-English campaign drove 96% of volume at exceptional efficiency—CPI dropped from $0.058 to $0.032. Indonesia emerged as the efficiency leader at just $0.023 per install. The English campaign improved 41% ($0.78 to $0.46 CPI) while delivering higher-value US/UK users.
